The three of us – Karen, Siang Yee and Hui – were talking about the challenges we kept seeing in the world of personal and professional development. Too many growth programs felt robotic, like they were designed for checkboxes, not real people. We knew there had to be a better way.

What brought us together was a shared belief: growth should be personal, practical, and supported by the community. We envisioned a space where people could feel truly seen and supported in their unique journeys – where they could connect, learn, and grow alongside others who are on similar paths. From that vision, genXcel was born.

Our approach has always been straightforward: meet people where they are and give them the tools, guidance, and community they need to thrive. Whether we’re running hands-on workshops, offering personalised coaching, or consulting with organisations, everything we do is about helping people achieve growth that sticks – growth that feels meaningful and lasts.
